Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I need counseling?

If you feel there are areas in your life that you are personally concerned about, or if friends or family members have expressed a concern, then you may be a candidate for counseling. During your intake session we can discuss if you are a good fit for our practice.

How do I make an appointment for counseling?

Start by clicking “Make An Appointment“. You’ll be taken to our client portal. There, click “Login” (if you are a returning client) or “Request an Appointment” if you are new. You’ll be able to see available times and counselors, and asked to complete a few required forms before scheduling your appointment. The first session’s appointment fee is required to hold your first session appointment. Get Started Here!

What insurance do you take?

Please see our Rates & Insurance page for the latest information.

What is your no-show policy?

Our client’s time is reserved specifically for them for that clinical hour. A required 24 hour notice via email or client portal is required to cancel the appointment with no penalty. With less than 24 hours notice, the client is responsible for the full session fee.

Where are you located?

Our office is a virtual practice tailored for Texas state residents which means you will be sent a confidential and secure video link to see your counselor for your virtual session appointment.

Are my sessions private? What information do you share?

Your sessions are confidential, and your written permission is required to release information to other parties, but there may be circumstances where exceptions must be made. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
